No. Send what you have. We can review it and work out whether the next useful step is early budgeting, consultant coordination, or construction pricing.
Will FineFix review a potential location?
FineFix can review the site and existing conditions when that work is part of the project scope. Include the address, landlord information, and any available documents.
Do you take single-location projects?
Yes. FineFix works with independent operators and commercial owners as well as franchise and multi-location clients.
Can I upload project drawings?
Yes. Files are uploaded to private FineFix storage, checked before use, and made available only through the authenticated FineFix Documents area.
